im bored now.. so i decided to come to blog about thing happen recent...

tuesday- had training as usual, can say is more to running de training ba.. slighty tell u all wat we had during the training..
run 10rounds for warm up, then do some physical trainin on arms and jumping..
then run the 2passes fast brk.. 1 time, 2 time lai hui.. then 3 times...
after that 5 ball shoot out..
lastly.. more then 30min of full court man on man mon stop.. this was fun.. i tried to endure til te end.. haha.. luckily i didnt cramp..

wed-slept for the whole day, woke up with whole bodyach.. long didnt have this kind training le..dota, slp..

thurs- went to sch find qi des vin boon ty darren.. went to tpywcc to play basketball.. i admited that it suppose to be fun.. they all enjoyed.. but nt me.. i feel damn disppointed with myself.. hai.. when sitting beside count.. i was blaming myself that why i litat.. kinda emo.. but the last few match, played okok la.. so.. emm.. haha.. went back ALONE!! NT FAIR... =( HAHA

tml will be isibl selection, i hope i can be selected for this time round.. RP will be sending 2 teams for isibl.. pls, let me in for this.. i think if i nt even selected for this competition, i can join this ig for interest instead of passion.. yea.. 1 last try for me.. pls..

sad will be going yew tee cc play ball with alot ppl.. looking forward. :)

in her eyes, think im nanny to her.. alway nag nag nag her. nag this la, nag that la.. think when i talk to her, she will noe what i want to say le. haha..

though everything between us ended long ago, but i still wanted to thx her for the nice and memorable's memories for me... now we r gd and best fren :) haha.. take gd care for urself k.. wahahaha..
